Sound Bath & Meditation

Sound bath and meditation session is a deeply relaxing experience where soothing sounds and guided mindfulness techniques help calm the mind

A sound bath and meditation session uses calming sounds and mindful awareness to promote deep relaxation. Gentle vibrations from instruments like singing bowls or gongs help quiet the mind, reduce stress, and support a sense of balance and well-being.

The War of the Worlds

This gripping solo performance from seasoned, ‘sell-out’ storyteller Gav Cross is ‘Like an audiobook come to life’
Delivered in the intimate style of a Victorian parlour reading and accompanied by a haunting original soundtrack from Chris Bastock, this 100-minute event plunges audiences into a world torn apart by a merciless Martian invasion.
Falling stars, heat rays, crash landings, war, fear, human failings, and fleeing refugees, make this ‘a damn good story’ that holds great relevance in our contemporary society.
‘War of the Worlds’ is the Sci-fi classic from H.G. Wells, a story that’s never gone out of print and with Gav guiding you through the plot twists and turns, it’s easy to see why.
Expect to be both excited and horrified in equal measure.

Suitability: Adults (12+)
